Campsite Selection

Selecting a campsite can be very frustrating and time consuming. For your convenience LeoCarrillo.Com has inspected each and every campsite at Leo Carrillo State Park and then assigned them a rating of A thru D (A = Best and D = Worst). The ratings were assigned based on many different factors including size of the campsite, shade, privacy and location of the campsite in relation to the beach, store and restroom/showers. Everyone looks for different attributes when selecting their campsites, however this guide can be very useful for locating great campsites. When making your camping reservation for Leo Carrillo State Park you will be issued a non specific site reservation. This means that you cannot reserve a specific campsite in advance of your arrival. Leo Carrillo State Park is a first come first served campground.
